Folks who believe in evolution may want to skip this song. It's a statement I'm making that the bible and
evolution cannot be reconciled, and that believing that the first verse of the bible is untrue leads one
to question the entirety of scripture. How can you tell which parts are true?
Even the tenor of this song is fraught with tension. One gets confused and scared when questioning the
faith you grew up on. And I sought to pass on that feeling to you, the listener.
The bible states "Let God be true, and every man a liar." - This isn't a call for people to lie, but that
where people differ from the bible, you have to make a choice which to believe.
I do not have the time or inclination to go into the merits of a literal 7-day creation, but if you
